How we assess risk — a traffic light

Green — all clear

No risks found. We give a 10-MCI guarantee (43,250 ₸): if your account is frozen within 30 days for a reason we could have detected during the review, we pay 10 MCI.

Yellow — there are risks

We give specific recommendations on what to do to remove the risks. No guarantee is provided in this case.

Red — seizures/freezes

There are already seizures or freezes on the account. We give step-by-step recommendations on how to lift them.

Your security and documents

Before you grant access, we are the first to send you signed documents. Only after that do you hand over your EDS.

✓Non-disclosure agreement (NDA)— we undertake not to disclose your data.
✓Consent to processing of personal data— under the RK Law "On Personal Data and Its Protection", stating the purpose and term.
✓EDS undertaking— your signature is used only to view and export data within the review. Wedo not take any actions on your behalf: we don't file reports, don't sign documents, don't change registration data.

The order is strict: first you receive the signed documents — then you hand over the EDS. Not the other way around.
